To celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th, this month's "Author Spotlight" section introduces a special feature titled "CCS Chemistry Celebrates Outstanding Women in Chemistry." Four outstanding young female chemists (also authors of Issue 3), featured in this issue, Yanli Tang from Shaanxi Normal University, Zhangjing Zhang from Fujian Normal University, Huizhen Liu from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Ning Zheng from Zhejiang University, shared unique insights and experiences from their research journeys. We hope their stories will inspire and encourage you.

Since its inception, the "Author Spotlight" section of CCS Chemistry has provided a platform for many chemists/authors to share the stories behind their research achievements. It's worth mentioning that the section has invited a total of 36 female chemists to narrate their experiences on the scientific research path. Once again, we extend our congratulations and best wishes to all female scientists on this special occasion! We celebrate their remarkable achievements and look forward to more success stories in the future!
